The fabric is Waverly Lovely Lattice in Lagoon. I purchased it from www.fabric.com. It's a Sun N Shade fabric which I've never tried but I wanted them to be easy to wipe up especially since this room gets tons of kid traffic.
I used Janell's drapery tutorial at Isabella and Max rooms. But I made my hem at the bottom REALLY big, like 10 inches so when the military moves us again and we have higher ceilings I can just unpick and hem again instead of needing new drapes. I lined them with a drop cloth.
